Need advice and guidance to give you the confidence to turn your business idea into reality?
Want to be an entrepreneur and start your own business in Telford?
We provide one-to-one mentoring and a 3-day business start-up workshop to help you take the first step. This is followed by a range of aftercare provision when your business is up and running.
This project is funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund:
The UK Shared Prosperity Fund is a central pillar of the UK government’s Levelling Up agenda and provides £2.6 billion of funding for local investment by March 2025. The Fund aims to improve pride in place and increase life chances across the UK by investing in communities, supporting local businesses and people and creating new skills.

Your application will be assessed based on your business idea and the eligibility criteria.
One of our business mentors will call to discuss and confirm your details. When approved for the scheme, we will send you an acceptance letter to sign. Upon return, this will reserve your place and allow you to book sessions.
Via either video call or phone call; we will discuss your initial idea, goals and aims of your business and how to proceed.
You will be offered and commit to attending:
(Optional) If your business reaches the stage where it requires funding from an investor, you will have the option to prepare and present your pitch to an investor for rapid scaling-up opportunities.
Our commitment to you does not stop with training sessions. After you have successfully set up your business, we can offer a range of aftercare services.
Ongoing support includes use of our incubator building (Maxi House, Halesfield) with its dedicated touch-down space. We can also make specialist referrals to local business support partners.
