House Rules

Punctuality is a requirement, please strive to turn up to sessions on time. Sessions will start promptly at their advertised times. If you know you will not be able to attend please let us know in advance.

To get the most out of your sessions make sure you come prepared. Be willing to engage and ask questions. Make a list of questions you would like answered beforehand. Do some research on competitors to your business. Make a list of any barriers that are holding back your business that you would like to know how to overcome. The more you are willing to put into sessions, the more you will get out.

Stay positive and strive to encourage others to do the same. Successful entrepreneurs build resilience and aren’t afraid of failure or overcoming obstacles. We will encourage you to develop these attitudes and give you the skills to succeed.

Do your homework – update your action plan at the end of each day of the sessions

Be considerate: everyone will have different abilities and skill sets. We are all here to learn. Be kind and considerate when working with others.

If you give respect, you will receive it! We value kindness, sharing of experience and human connection. We do this because we care.

Know your limit- bullying is not tolerated and any unacceptable behaviour towards other learners will result in a disciplinary action or termination of your place. Workplace banter should be positive and light mannered.

Give your all. The more you give to this experience, the more you will get from it. We are here to learn and that comes with mistakes; fail fast and learn faster!
